Wax free seal liner

The no-wax EPE foam aluminum foil induction seal liner [GPE-1520B] is a packaging material used for the bottle caps inserts, providing sealing for the bottle neck. Its main function is to prevent water and oxygen for contents.
[GPE-1520B] is a two-in-one induction sealing liner. Consisting of a EPE foam liner and aluminum foil seals. Insert the product into the bottle cap, with the PE side facing the bottle cap and the aluminum foil side facing the bottle opening. After close the bottle cap on the bottle, perform a heat sealing using an induction sealing machine to complete the sealing process. When consumers open the bottle cap, the product will separate into two parts, the bottle opening will be sealed by the aluminum foil sealing film. The EPE foam will be keep inside the bottle cap. The aluminum foil can be easily peel off or puncture. The foam liner inside the bottle cap continues to provide a better sealing, helping consumers extend the usage period after opening.
The aluminum foil surface of the [GPE-1520B] can be custom-printed, so that consumers can see the brand logo pattern after opening the bottle cap.
If custom printing is not carried out, the aluminium foil of the [GPE-1520B] is golden aluminium foil.
The [GPE-1520B] uses new PE raw materials as the foaming liner. The aluminum foil part is coated with food-contact grade polymer material. This material is dry and non-adhesive at room temperature. After being sealed by the indcution sealer, the aluminum foil heats up and melts and firmly sealing the bottle mouth. This product is safe for food contact, suitable for all kinds of foods including oils, alcohols and acidic foods. For details, please refer to the test report issued by SGS testing company.
The [GPE-1520B] is suitable for packaging solid powder creams and other similar products, but is not suitable for contents that come into contact with liquids or have too strong fluidity and permeability.
