Pressure sensitive liner

CP-203 are sealing liner used to seal bottle openings. Their job is to block water and oxygen, protect the quality of the contents, and prevent them from oxidizing, getting damp, or going bad. This helps extend the product's shelf life.
You just put the cut pressure-sensitive gasket into the bottle cap, then screw the cap on tight. The pressure-sensitive adhesive on the gasket will melt a bit under pressure and seal the bottle opening firmly, creating a reliable sealing layer.
When the user opens the bottle cap, the gasket will stick to the opening. When they tear it off, the gasket will get slightly torn or deformed. This gives the product an untamperable feature, so people can easily tell if the product has been tampered with.

CP-05B is made by embossed pure aluminum foil and coated with food grade high quality adhesive.
It is use for sealing cream and solid and powder product.
The embossed mould could be custom made as the client's LOGO.
This foil need to use with the EPE foam liner. The EPE foam liner in the caps can offer a pressure to the foil for sealing.
